Nancy and i have been discussing this memory for ages now and this weekend i actually found a picture of her wearing that outfit
talk about memories that bring a smile to my face !! so of course i have to share the picture here, in my journal .. sorry the quality is so poor but at least you can still make out the beautiful smile of this beautiful little girl

I remember the ONLY item I made. It was for home ec and it was a madras plaid jumper. It came out lovely but it was two sizes too big for me! The home ec teacher loved it and I gave it to her. Don't know which gave me an A for that class! Actually I think it was my cooking skills. Holiday hugs, Nelle

Ahh I just wish the picture was of you and me together... I'm so glad you posted it! I have so very few like flashy memories of this, but when I saw the pic, I remembered being the center of attention, just like I liked it :-P You were and are a wonderful big sister - I love you so much.
